Public faith debate coming up in Bothell

I just received this email below, please read it and pray! It sounds that God is really up to something on this college campus in my city!

******************************
Due to the testimony of one young lady, a student at Cascadia Community College, who stood up in class and proclaimed her faith and hope in Jesus Christ, the college has scheduled a public debate between representatives of 8 different 'religions'.

There will be 250 Cascadia students in attendance, as well as some faculty members. Some Cascadia classes are offering their students credit to attend this event, and so some teachers are bringing their entire classes! In addition, the event is open to any members of the
public who would like to attend.

Besides myself, the panel consists, among others, of a Shaman, a Wiccan, a Buddhist, an atheist... and 3 others whose 'religion' I don't yet know.

How you can pray:
1. Pray for Jarica, the student at Cascadia. She is organizing and will be hosting this event.
2. Saturate the event in prayer.
3. Attend the event as part of the audience.

The event details are as follows:

The debate begins at 1 p.m. on April 15th, in the North Creek Event Center at Cascadia.

The event will begin with each panel member explaining the basis for their faith. This will be followed by each addressing 'hot topics' of interest to the students - abortion, gay marriage, etc. (again, I do not yet have a complete list). The debate will then be opened to the floor, for any audience member to direct a question at any member of the panel.

Blessings
Avril
