If you are a regular reader of this blog, you would have noticed that this week I have transformed what was formerly the Light Amp News Blog into what is now "Heaven Invading Washington."  I thought that this was an appropriate change, as I have a new Light Amp website now (at www.lightamp.net) and I've integrated Light Amp specific announcements and updates onto the lightamp.net homepage.  So, instead of posting Light Amp ministry news here at this blog, I've just decided to switched this blog to tracking kingdom events here in greater Seattle and Washington state.

Paulette Wooten, Suzy's band director, is a gifted musician, songwriter and singer.  Paulette will teach techniques for creating new sounds "on the fly" and leading worship from the keyboard.  She is a true artist that will give you a greater vision and impart creativity in worship.



Modern Electric Guitar in Worship: Expanding your concepts of how to enhance the worship experience with electric guitar.
David Puleo's electric guitar playing adds tremendous creativity to the worship band through both outstanding technique and the creative use of tone and effects.  David will teach modern guitar techniques, equipping worship guitarists with new tools.


The Worship Rhythm Section: How to build a solid foundation for creativity and liberty in worship.
Jesse Proctor and Bruce Norris play drums and bass respectively and have become experts at providing the solid rhythm section that is the foundation of any band.  Jesse and Bruce will teach the importance of the role of the rhythm section, and how drums and bass played well provide a musical backdrop allowing increased liberty for worship leaders, musicians, and the congregation to enter into greater creativity, freedom and expression in the Holy Spirit.

Capturing and Releasing Creativity: How to express what the Holy Spirit is saying both vocally and instrumentally.
Rebekah Proctor is an annointed keyboardist, outstanding songwriter and worship leader known for spontaneous creativity both musically and vocally.  Rebekah will teach how she "captures creativity" and "releases" the heart of heaven both instrumentally and vocally. She has been releasing the joy of heaven in prophetic worship for more than 10 years.

Vocal Training for Worship: Maximize the use of your voice to express your heart to God and God's heart to people.
Linsey Wallace has a wealth of vocal training experience, having performed in select vocal choirs and jazz groups since she was a teenager.  Linsey will teach how to develop your vocal technique and how to get the most from your God given talent.  Linsey is an outstanding singer and songwriter with a powerful anointing to lead people into God encounters.

Visual Prophetic Art: Expressing heaven's heart.
Natalie Duncan is a walking encourager of joy and creativity in life.  She heads up visual worship arts at ER Ministries.  Natalie will teach how to tap into what the Holy Spirit is saying and express visually the heart of heaven.  She will help artists differentiate between what is self-inspired and God-inspired.  Natalie's art has communicated and affirmed a 'present' word of God in meetings, echoing and enhancing worship, revelation and ministry.

Healing Revival Fires have broken out in Lakeland, Florida and the winds of change are causing this fire to be released throughout the world. Thousands upon thousands are gathering to get healing and an impartation from these meetings. Multitudes are getting healed! The lame are walking, the deaf are hearing, the blind are seeing and even the dead are being raised. Several of our team has flown to Lakeland to receive this impartation and have brought back the fire here to Kent, WA. We have been experiencing a greater anointing of God presence and unusual manifestations of His glory. We have actually had the Glory cloud descend upon us with a misty rain inside the building! We believe that as we gather together in worship and adoration of the King of Kings, there will be a greater release of His presence with signs, wonders, and healings. Come join us. At 10 am we'll be meeting up at Mountlake Terrace Christian Life Center to pray, then at 11 am heading over to the Planned Parenthood in Lynnwood, WA. God end abortion in America and bring about a culture of life and compassion! Pictures of the new IHOP-WA prayer room!

I took these three shots (and more) at the new facility of IHOP-WA (International House of Prayer Washington State) in Mountlake Terrace last week. You can see the director Matt leading worship on guitar, Steven on bass, Matt's wife Manessah on lead vocal, and Ashley from IHOP Kansas City on backup vocal. This new prayer room has an intimate atmosphere and it is on top of a hill in MLT (Mountlake Terrace). The surrounding is peaceful and you can really draw near to God in this environment. Praise God for providing such a wonderful place to worship and seek Him!

Going to see/hear Jason Upton in Port Orchard, WA tonight!

I'll be heading over there with friends in about an hour...praying for a safe journey there, across Puget Sound.

Sat LIFE Siege Pictures

Here are three photos I took from the LIFE silent prayer siege in front of Planned Parenthood (in Lynnwood, WA) last Saturday. We met first at Mountlake Terrace Christian Life Center to watch a dvd by Will Ford on the roots of abortion, and prayed together, before going out to the site to stand and intercede. We had a larger turnout than last month, praise God! It was my friends George and Meghan's first time doing a LIFE siege, and both were greatly impacted by the Lord during it. In the top picture you can see my friends David, Beau, and Jeremy, and in the bottom photo the closest person to the camera is Matt, my good friend and leader of IHOPWA. We were also blessed to have two people from the Kansas City IHOP (International House of Prayer), Leah and Ashley, come and join us in prayer. Leah is David's sister.
